The Diversity Nursing Academy (DNA) aims to bridge the gaps in health care, problem solve and deliver prestige nursing care in the comfort of clients home or private space. Our nurses have extensive experience in various settings such as Medical-surgical/Telemetry Nursing, Hospice Care, Spinal cord Rehab, Home-health, Long-term care, international recruiting experience, and Infection.
Consulting
We provide detailed-oriented consultation in LTC/SNF.
Staff Development and Retention are important to maintaining a facility where superb patient care is the number ONE priority. We also assist with start-up businesses, by organizing paperwork and supporting you as you launch into a new phase.

Per Diem Supervisor
Management and oversight help with safe patient care. It is imperative that a trained professional RN is on board to support staff and patients. Our licensed professionals have over 2 years or more experience in their speciality. Our experienced nurses can assist with supervision duties and other administrative duties.
Education
Education is important for managing chronic conditions and illnesses. Our service ensures you are managing your condition according to your doctor’s care plan. We provide training for caregivers and loved ones on G-Tubes, trach care, feeding pumps, wound care, and nutrition. We also offer CPR/BLS/First Aid training for facilities and individuals.
